What is the delivery time?
Shipping starts Monday through Friday on confirmation of deposits for orders received by 11 o'clock.
Invoice numbers can be found between 6~7 pm, and delivery is via Post Office and CJ Logistics.
How can I change my shipping address, cancel before shipping, or exchange my order?
Contact us by Q&A message board or email (email@example.com) before 12:00 pm on shipping hours. Please note that delivery orders are released after 12:00 pm, so change requests made after that time will be difficult to implement. In addition, please note that all authority is transferred to the logistics team and alteration are not allowed.
Acenté accepts exchanges or refunds on required conditions. the purchased items should depart within 14 days of your receipt date. Exchanges and/or refunds are not possible if the following conditions are true: Missing Tag and label, damaged product condition, lost sales value, seasonal product.

When using Return Reception in case of exchange due to buyer's remorse or other reasons: Payment of round-trip shipping is required after receipt of payment.
For exchanges due to misdelivery or product defects: Please contact email@example.com or go to 'Contact' to find the fastest delivery service to send us the product on payment on delivery.
In the case of card refund, the shipping fee must be paid after the Return Reception is submitted.
Exchange and Refund Notice
Exchanges and refunds can only be made within 14 days of your receipt. Exchange or return is not possible in the following cases: When the product is lost or damaged due to the customer's sole responsibility, when the returned product is damaged (show traces of stain, body odor, wearing, perfume, wash, use), after valid return date (exchange and refund are possible within 14 days of receiving the product), missing label of the product (if you have cut, lost, or damaged the TAG, plastic wrap, etc), when the value of the product has significantly decreased over time and it is impossible to resell it.
